Today I bought a DIY Kaleidoscope kit, just to see how it works. They're so incredibly simple to create, I'm sure I could construct ones out of toilet paper rolls.
I pulled the end bit off and looked through the Kaleidoscope the opposite way, and the eyehole made little circles everywhere.. which got me thinking, you could use another shape, like a heart or something, and make some really wonderful pictures. I will be testing this idea soon.
